What are channels for?

You can imagine „channel“ as your communication environment, each one carrying its own separate configuration. You may use channels in case you need to manage multiple e-shops, interest groups, projects etc. and you’ll require a different speed of SMS sending and/or a different unique sender name for each one of them.
