How do I find out the message was delivered?
You can be informed about sent messages, wherever you are. You’ll find all the info in the administration in the Sent messages section.
Here you can see the global list of all messages you’ve ever sent, including their content, date, channel and recipients. To see which ones of them were delivered, you have two options:
Option 1: In the message detail
Option 2: In a CSV export

Next to each particular message, you’ll easily see how many of the recipient numbers were unreachable to deliver.
Upon clicking on the Message details, you can check, which particular numbers they were. They are marked in red in the table. You can also filter the numbers by „delivery state“.
Option 2: In a CSV export
Before generating the CSV export, you can filter out particular channels, groups, recipients, message contect, date and/or time should the report be generated for. If you don’t fill any filter data, the export will be generated for all messages sent by you in the past (up to 10000 messages in total).
After downloading the CSV file, you can easily see the delivery status of each particular message.
