We would like to inform you of the temporary outage of the GoSMS service due to planned system maintenance on 04/09/2023 from 22:00 to 05/09/2023 06:00.

What will this mean for you?

On Monday 4/9/2023 from 22:00 to 5/9/2023 06:00 due to planned technical operations, the functionality of the GoSMS service will be limited.

The effects of this revision should not affect POSTPAID customers in any way. However, if you find any problem with sending SMS messages during the above time period, please contact us immediately.

We ask PREPAID customers not to plan to send SMS messages from the app at this time, your customers would not receive the message.

The system shutdown ends on September 5, 2023 at 06:00 in the morning, after which everything will work without problems.
